Even though Jesus was revealed 2000 years ago as the lamb of God slain before the foundations of the earth when he entered time the clock began concerning his work.

Difficult Days of Jesus

And after going a little farther, He fell face down and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible [that is, consistent with Your will], let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.” Matthew 26:39

A godly perspective sets all things in order.

Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. John 4:34

I admonish to Have Faith in God just as the sign on the window outside of the church says. This is our most important activity. Though faith we obtain a good report and faith fuels our worship towards Our Creator. This is really the answer to the question.

Q: WHO Should you work for

A: Live for God, Work for God

John 4: 35-36

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

Others have come along to work in a field that is ready to be plucked. So that those who came before you can rejoice along with you unto ETERNAL LIFE. Play your part! God shall add the increase after you do your part. And mainly your job is easy it is to believe!

The Old Saints used to say pay day is coming afterwhile.

The Harvester isn’t waiting. He’s taking his pay, gathering in this grain that’s ripe for eternal life. Now the Sower is arm in arm with the Harvester, triumphant. That’s the truth of the saying, ‘This one sows, that one harvests.’ I sent you to harvest a field you never worked. Without lifting a finger, you have walked in on a field worked long and hard by others.” John 4: 36-38

WHERE should you work?

External Conditions should not determine your efforts. Be Adroit concerning your labor. (i.e. When in rains work inside).

Ecc. 11

If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.

Know One Can Explain the Work of God.

He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.

You can’t Explain everything Do Your job and your job mainly is to believe. But stay busy while you’re in this mode of FAITH

WHEN: should your work occur?

Regarding your Work

In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.

Be careful not to judge me yet. Judging others is not a part of your job unless you sit upon a bench and work in Law and even then be careful not to judge me yet.

Judge not!

Matthew 7: 1 (1-4)

“For strong and powerful is the Lord God who judges.”

Revelation 18:8

And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank (beam) in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck (small piece of wood, saw dust, mote) from your eye’; and look, a plank (beam, log) is in your own eye?

Message Bible 7 1-5 “Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults—unless, of course, you want the same treatment. That critical spirit has a way of boomeranging. It’s easy to see a smudge on your neighbor’s face and be oblivious to the ugly sneer on your own. Do you have the nerve to say, ‘Let me wash your face for you,’ when your own face is distorted by contempt? It’s this whole traveling road-show mentality all over again, playing a holier-than-thou part instead of just living your part. Wipe that ugly sneer off your own face, and you might be fit to offer a washcloth to your neighbor.

HOW: You should work?

“Listen carefully: I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; so be wise as serpents, and innocent as doves [have no self-serving agenda].

Matthew 10:16 AMP

Three parts to this drama the scripture says be as subtill as serpents that is to not let a devil out slick you know what’s they are up to but don’t practice their customs.

When your enemy stands in the way of your worship he is setting himself up for destruction.

When a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Proverbs 16:7 AMP

The wolves serpents cockatrice the scorpion etc with have to honor you when your ways please God. They may try to run you out drag your name through the mud talk about you like a dog etc but at the end of the day they have to deal with their own chaotic heart and a slither of respect will remain still. Because your ways please the Lord.
